This extensive renovation/addition project, a collaboration between Scrafano Architects and the client, an interior designer, transformed a tired 1970’s Lincoln Park house into an expansive modern home with ample outdoor living space. Exterior materials include stucco, cedar wood siding and metal panels.
The front of the home blends with its historic neighborhood, while the back of the home connects to the backyard and the Chicago skyline beyond with plenty of glass to capture views and light.The green roof deck provides a lush area to relax and entertain and features an outdoor fireplace, infinity edge Jacuzzi, dining/BBQ space and lounge area beneath a cedar wood trellis.
