This stately home in Brentwood, once owned by Rita Hayworth, is beautiful and spacious, but needed updating to meet the needs of a modern family of five. The original kitchen was small and separated by a very large butler’s pantry leading to the dining room. The space was renovated with a light-filled open floor plan that encompasses a modern kitchen, informal dining area and new family room.
